Fit Nutella
Ingredients:
400g unsalted roasted hazelnuts, and shelled.
1 or 2 tablespoons defatted cocoa powder sugar (to taste).
2 tsp liquid sweetener.
1 tsp liquid vanilla flavor (sugarless) - optional.
One good food processor / blender / juicer.
Directions:
1. Beat hazelnuts until they release all their fat, and become a uniform cream (let resting the mixer occasionally to avoid burning).
2.Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and continue beating.
3. Add 1 tsp sweetener and whisk again.
4. Add 1 tsp vanilla (optional).
5. Try mixing and add more cocoa or more sweetener (to taste).
6. keep in the fridge and enjoy whenever u want.
