Recipe

Fit Nutella

Ingredients:
400g unsalted roasted
hazelnuts, and shelled.
1 or 2 tablespoons defatted cocoa powder sugar (to taste).
2 tsp liquid sweetener.
1 tsp liquid vanilla flavor (sugarless) - optional.
One good food processor / blender / juicer.


Directions:
1. Beat hazelnuts until they release
all their fat, and become a uniform cream (let resting the mixer occasionally to avoid burning).
2.Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and continue beating.
3. Add 1 tsp sweetener and whisk again.
4. Add 1 tsp vanilla (optional).
5. Try mixing and add more cocoa or more sweetener (to taste).
6. keep in the fridge and enjoy whenever u want.

Recipe

Mango and Pistachios muffins 


Ingredients:
1 egg
3 eggwhites
4 tbsp Oat flour
4 tbsp water
1/2 mango
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp baking powder
10 gr Chocolate chips
10 gr pistachios
Sweteness to taste

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate and pistachios.
2.Pure into preparated molds and add chocolate chips and the pistachios on the top.
3. Baked for about 25 minutes ( 200 ºC)

Recipe

Cheesecake Express 
Ingredients:
2 egg whites. 
3 Tablespoons of low fat cheese cream. 
1 Tsp sweetener.
 1 / 2 tsp unflavored powdered jelly. 
2 Tbsp almond meal or oatmeal
Direction:
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix cream cheese (at room temperature or slightly warmed in the  microwave), with the sweetener and jelly powder and almond/oat meal
or protein.
2. Integrate carefully until it is all well integrated. Pour the mixture into a small silicone mold. 
3. Preheat a saucepan. Then place the silicone mold inside the sauce pan. Lower heat and cover with a lid until pie consistency.

Recipe

ChocoFlan 

Ingredients:

300ml Milk of your choice.
1Tbsp cocoa powder.
Sweetener to taste.
10gr gelatin powder. 
A bit of instant coffee powder or cinnamon. (OPTIONAL)

Direction:
1. Heat a little of milk with gelatin powder (in a pot or microwave) until completely dissolved. 
2. Mix with a mixer mixing the gelatin with the remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into molds of silicone and cooling at least two hours.

Recipe

Yogurth cake
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal (rolled oats)
1 cup oatmeal (flakes)
1 yogurt  free-fat
2 tbsp almond oil, canola or coconut oil (you can also use olive oil, but the others are better)
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tbsp dry yeast or baking powder
The zest of 1 small lemon
3 tbsp vanilla whey protein or 2 tbsp ground almonds or more oatmeal
3 eggs

 
Directions:
1 Beat eggs with yogurt and oil until stiff.
2 Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl.
3 Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
4 Place in a medium oven pan (mine is 22 cm) and bake at 180' for 20 minutes.

Coconut Cake

Ingredients:
8 tbsp Oat meal
3 tbsp grated coconut
3 eggwhites
1 egg
1/4 cup fat free milk
Sweetener to taste
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp soda

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients: first wets ones and then the dry ones.
2. Put in a meddium size mold.
3. Bake, 

carefully, about 20 minutes or when the stick comes out clean.

¿Why not use Soy?

 
-Primarily, I am against of soy because the 90 % of soy in the world is a GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) and is a practice against of the natural process of life.
-From this, the comsumption of soy develop negative effects, even though many companies deny the implications for consumer health.
-Some effects are: Start of cancer, digestive problems, hurt of inmune system, infertility problems, heart diseases, allergy to some food.
