Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons of low fat cheese cream.
1 Tsp sweetener.
1 / 2 tsp unflavored powdered jelly.
2 Tbsp almond meal or oatmeal
Direction:
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix cream cheese (at room temperature or slightly warmed in the microwave), with the sweetener and jelly powder and almond/oat meal or protein.
2. Integrate carefully until it is all well integrated. Pour the mixture into a small silicone mold.

3. Preheat a saucepan. Then place the silicone mold inside the sauce pan. Lower heat and cover with a lid until pie consistency.
