This is the type of flour most common in pastry. But it has some negatives effects por our health:
- It is a refined flour and many of its nutrients are lost in the process.
- It has bleaching chemicals.
- It has refined carbohydrates, helping to increase the weight corporal for many people.
- Its starch has ability of increase the sugar on the blood.
- It increases the risk of diabetes.
- For some people this flour not is tolerable and cause digestive problems.
