¿Is bad?

Wheat flour

This is the type of flour most common in pastry. But it has some negatives effects por our health:
  • It is a refined flour and many of its nutrients are lost in the process.
  • It has bleaching chemicals.
  • It has refined carbohydrates, helping to increase the weight corporal for many people.
  • Its starch has ability of increase the sugar on the blood.
  • It increases the risk of diabetes.
  • For some people this flour not is tolerable and cause digestive problems.
