¿Is bad?

Butter or margarine 


 In pastry these products are important because prived softness, taste, texture and volume to many preparations, but provide to our health:  

  • Adverse effects on cardiovascular disease
  • Saturated fat cholesterol. 
  • Trans fatty acids.
  • Reduction of immune sytem.
  • Diabetes problems. 
  • Liver problems. 
  • High amount of calorie.
